Under a magnification of 750X, this photomicrograph revealed some of the ultrastructural details exhibited by a granule of the fungal organism, Madurella grisea. Here, you could see the edge of the granule, where the cells were characteristically much darker thank those in the granule’s interior. You could also see septate hyphae in the interior section as well.
