This photomicrograph showed ultrastructural details exhibited by the hyphal form of the fungal organism, Conidiobolus coronatus, formerly known as Entomophthora coronata. You could see a hyphal segment that at its distal tip, had begun to give rise to a single, globose-shaped conidium.
