This male Nigerian baby had been born with a congenital anomaly known as hypospadias, which was characterized by the incomplete formation of the penile urethra. Here, the baby’s prepuce was being retracted in order to expose the glans penis, thereby, revealing the notch, in place of what should have been a patent urinary meatus.
