This patient had retracted his lips, thereby, exposing the interior oral cavity, and what had been determined to be an odontogenic fibroma, involving the patient’s teeth and maxilla of the upper left jaw. See PHIL 20267 and 20321, for a full color view, and a black and white view respectively, of this tumor after having been excised from the patient’s oral cavity.
