This Nigerian patient's lower extremities exhibited numerous cutaneous blisters, which had manifested in response to a condition known as dermatitis herpetiformis (DH). These papulovesicular lesions are said to be intensely itchy, and are long-standing, being that this is a chronic condition. DH is an autoimmune disorder, associated with celiac disease, and gluten sensitivity.
