This photomicrograph, which was an enlargement of both PHIL 20237 and 20238, depicted ultrastructural histopathologic changes caused by the fungal organism, Phialophora jeanselmei, also known as Exophiala jeanselmei. Of importance, was this granule, within which you could see P. jeanselmei morphologic elements.
