This photomicrograph, which was an enlargement of PHIL 20237, depicted ultrastructural histopathologic changes caused by the fungal organism, Phialophora jeanselmei, also known as Exophiala jeanselmei. Of importance, was this granule, within which could see P. jeanselmei morphologic elements. See PHIL 20239, for an even closer view of this granule.
