The data collected, will help the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare quickly identify and isolate possible sites of transmission, and will eventually provide evidence to support the verification of interruption of LF transmission in Bangladesh. This photo earned Caitlin the Second Place award in the 2014 CDC Connects Annual Public Health in Action Photo Contest, in the category of “International People”.
