This image depicts an anterior view of a male patient’s right inguinal region. This patient presented to a clinical setting with this large, nodular, inguinal lesion that was diagnosed as a pyogenic granuloma, also referred to as an eruptive hemangioma, or a granulation tissue type hemangioma, which is a vascular lesion brought on due to irritation, or hormonal changes like those encountered during pregnancy in the case of female patients.
