This image depicts a very close ventral view of a patient’s penis in the area of the preputial frenulum. This patient presented to a clinical setting exhibiting an erythematous, indurated penile lesion that was diagnosed as a case of sclerosing lymphangitis, located on the distal ventrolateral penile shaft, involving the coronal sulcus. See PHIL 18057 for another view of this lesion.
