This image depicts an anterior view of a male patient’s pelvic region, revealing a large right-sided inguinal bubo, determined to be the result of a lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV) infection, caused by the bacterium, Chlamydia trachomatis. Note the white exudate inside the preputial orifice, which could be linked directly to the inguinal adenopathy.
