Under a magnification of 15X, this image depicts a close view of a Petri dish culture plate, containing a blood agar growth medium, which had been inoculated with Bacteroides clostridiiformis subsp. girans bacteria, formerly referred to as Fusobacterium girans, and had produced these bacterial colonies after having been incubated for 48hrs.
