This image depicts scrotal lesions that were diagnosed as angiokeratomas, involving hypervascular growth of capillaries, combined with hyperkeratosis. The usual coloration of these benign lesions ranges from a red to dark red, and blue. There are a number of different forms of angiokeratomas, and these affecting the scrotum are known as angiokeratoma of Fordyce.
