This is a view of a patient’s right shoulder and upper back, revealing the presence of a blotchy, hyperpigmented rash, punctuated by small, hyperkeratotic lesions, which was diagnosed as a case of tinea corporis, due to the dermatophytic fungal organism, Trichophyton rubrum.
