This image depicts a close view of a patient’s left palm, revealing the presence an erythematous, blotchy red rash, exhibiting round lesions that had begun to coalesce on the palmar surfaces, including the ventral surface of the fingers. A diagnosis of erythema multiforme was made after a differential study was conducted.
