In this particular view, former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director, Dr. David Sencer (cntr.), was shaking hands with the tribe’s Paramount Chief in the center of the image.

Also attending the ceremony, were visiting public health officers former Assistant Commissioner of Health in New York City, and Assistant Surgeon General in Washington, Dr. George I. Lythcott, former Assistant Surgeon General and former Director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, as well as former Director of the National Center for Environmental Health, Dr. J.
