This image depicts a close view of a male patient’s penis. The patient had presented to a clinical setting exhibiting a nonretractable foreskin, also referred to as phimosis. Depending upon its cause, this condition may be corrected either by nonsurgical means, including the use of topical steroids, or stretching the foreskin, or through surgical means, including a circumcision.
