This image depicts an anterior view of a 30-year-old male patient’s chest, revealing the presence of a papular rash that was dispersed over the region. After performing a differential diagnostic evaluation, this rash proved to be due to a case of secondary syphilis, caused by the bacterial spirochete, Treponema pallidum.
