This image depicts a close view if a male patient’s penis, which exhibited nodular lesions involving the skin of the shaft and glans penis, in the region of the penile corona, which were diagnosed as condylomata acuminata (CA), or venereal warts. CA is the epidermal manifestation of an epidermotropic human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. The most commonly affected areas are the penis, vulva, vagina, cervix, perineum, and perianal area.
