This image depicts a close view if a patient’s perineum, revealing numbers of cutaneous outgrowths about the vaginal labia, as well as the perianal region, which turned out to be a case of condylomata acuminata, or venereal warts. CA is the epidermal manifestation of an epidermotropic human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. The most commonly affected areas are the penis, vulva, vagina, cervix, perineum, and perianal area.
