This is a close view of a patient’s penis. The patient presented to a clinical setting with a single, pearly papule located on the penile shaft, characteristic of the viral infection, molluscum contagiosum. Though difficult to see in this view, the papule was slightly umbilicated, which means that it had a depressed center.
