This man presented with symptomatology, which was diagnosed as a manifestation of congenital syphilis. Note this patient exhibited some of the stigmata indicative of this disease, including frontal bossing, mulberry molars, Hutchinson teeth, saddle nose, and a cataract in his right eye.
