This image depicts a close view of a male patient’s glans penis, which exhibited numerous rough, nodular, cutaneous lesions involving both the skin of the penile shaft and glans penis, which were diagnosed as condylomata acuminata (CA), or venereal warts. CA refers to an epidermal manifestation caused by epidermotropic human papilloma virus (HPV). The most commonly affected areas are the penis, vulva, vagina, cervix, perineum, and perianal area.
