From an aerial perspective, this historic photograph showed the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) Chamblee, Georgia campus, prior to the profound renovations that were implemented in 2009. The CDC owns 50-acres of property in Chamblee, Georgia, which is located in Northeast Atlanta, and is approximately 8-miles from the organization’s Roybal Campus headquarters. Both campuses underwent a 10-year construction plan that consolidated staff on the two campuses. All projects were underway by 2009 and were completed in 2012.
