Description:Viewed from the right lateral perspective, the torso of this male patient revealed the presence of a cutaneous rash on his lower right torso, which was diagnosed as lichen planus.
Lichen planus is a skin disease characterized by an eruption of wide flat papules covered by a horny glazed film, marked by intense itching, and as was the case here, often accompanied by lesions on the oral mucosa.
