Description:This still life was composed of a black-colored juicer, which was being used to make a glass of orange juice. The half-filled glass of juice, located at the machine’s spout, was catching the fresh-squeezed juice. Three oranges had been placed in front of the juicer, awaiting their turn to give up their delicious healthy contents. Juicing has been credited with alleviating everything from skin diseases and immune disorders, to cancer and high blood pressure.
Consuming a diet high in fruits and vegetables is associated with lower risks for numerous chronic diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disease. Cooking and processing food destroys these micronutrients by altering their shape and chemical composition. Adhering to what could be called an advanced nutritional level, one should avoid all processed foods, and if at all possible, eat only organic vegetables and fruits.
