This image depicts the underside of a retracted penis, revealing a lesion on the penile shaft diagnosed a seborrheic keratosis (SK), also known as a seborrheic wart. SK is a raised, benign skin growth that is loosely attached to the skin, and is asymptomatic. These growths are more commonly found on the trunk, and are usually beige to brown in color.
