This image depicts the penis of male patient, which had become swollen and erythematous, due to what was determined to be a fusospirochetal balanitis, or more precisely, a balanoposthitis, due to the fact that the penile prepuce is also involved. Note the crusty exudate emerging circumferentially from beneath the foreskin.
