This is an anteroposterior (AP) x-ray of a patient's chest, who was diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary tuberculosis, as well as a bilateral pulmonary infiltrate. You are also able to see what is referred to as a caving formation, present in the right apical region. The diagnosis was far advanced tuberculosis.
