Description:Here we see a small ceramic bowel that contained a halved Florida avocado, exposing its bright-yellow interior, which is surrounded by a thin layer of green, and a dark-brown, rough and rugged exterior. The avocado’s ovoid-shaped seed is in the fruit’s center, and is brown in color.
Avocados are loaded with nutrients such as dietary fiber, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, magnesium, and folate. They're also cholesterol and sodium free. Avocados contain 60% more potassium per ounce than bananas. This fruit is an excellent source of monounsaturated fat.
