Pictured here, on a green grassy Georgia field, this young woman was getting in some exercise time, on what was a beautiful sunny day. At this moment, she was warming up by assuming some Yoga-like poses with the aid of a large inflatable balance ball. Here she was in a modified sit-up position, with her calves resting atop the ball, buttocks on the ground, and arms crossed over her chest. Hopefully, she’d applied sunscreen to her sun-exposed skin, and had packed some fresh drinking water to avoid dehydration.
