Pictured here, at a Georgia running track, this young woman was getting in some exercise time on a beautiful sunny day. At this moment, she was warming up by assuming some Yoga poses. Here, she was in the Cobra pose, stretching her abdominal muscles, while flexing the spinal and triceps muscles, resulting in a modified push-up position, with the knees and hips kept on the green mat. Hopefully, she’d applied sunscreen to her sun-exposed skin, and had packed some fresh drinking water to avoid dehydration.
