The man pictured here, had parked his automobile, and was maneuvering his collapsible wheelchair, which he was about to place outside the vehicle, in order to facilitate his disembarkation. With his right hand, he had picked up one of the chair’s tires, moving that too, to the outside. Note that in PHIL 13919, this car was equipped with a steering wheel located manual braking and acceleration knob. See PHIL 13919 through 13931, to see how this process played out, ending with the complete assemblage of the chair, and this man maneuvering himself comfortably into its seat.
