Under a magnification of only 25X, this photomicrograph revealed some of the histopathology found at the site of a corneal lesion, caused by what was determined to be the saprophytic fungal organism, Tritirachium roseum. This corneal tissue sample was processed using hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) stain.
