Description:This 1975 transmission electron microscopic (TEM) image revealed the presence of a number of Bunyamwera virus virions, a member of the virus family Bunyaviridae, and the genus Bunyavirus.
The largest family of viruses, Bunyaviridae are negative-sense single-stranded RNA viruses ((-) ssRNA), which are spread through contact with infected arthropods and rodents.
